This site is intended to help people more clearly understand residential real estate transaction issues. It is only for educational purposes, especially intended for real estate agents and brokers and their clients. Suggestions for topics, as well as suggested explanations are welcomed.

This site, begun in February or 2001, has the purpose of providing insight and information that may contribute to a genuine "meeting of the minds" between those involve in real estate transactions throughout the Ohio's Miami Valley area.  In achieving this "meeting of the minds" it is therefore also intended to avoid or reduce costly controversies from unintended misunderstanding and disappointments from unmet expectations.  It is not legal advise, which would best be provided by an attorney specializing in residential real estate.
